2001-10 International Post combination frankings with domestic stamps on airmail covers to Europe mostly attempting to pay $1.50 non-Asia/Pacific rate, wide range of issues & combinations, condition generaly fine. [After the introduction of International Post issues (sold ex-GST), domestic issues (sold inclusive of GST) could still be used for overseas mail but theoretically had to pay 10% extra ie. $1.65 in domestic stamps ($1.50 + 15c GST) was required to pay the $1.50 overseas rate; Australia Post apparently 'turned a blind eye' as none of the covers have been taxed. Such mixed frankings are rarely seen from 2002 onwards] (250+)
