Martins Bluff post office in Cowlitz County operated only
1868-1879. This settlement is 4 miles southeast of Kalama on the Columbia River, extreme southwest Cowlitz County. It was named by Northern Pacific Railway officials for William S. Martin who settled there in 1872. (Image1)
