A UNIQUE COMBINATION USAGE OF THE RARE 1869 25 PARA PERF 12 PRINCE MILAN ISSUE.

According to Rasic, at least two on cover examples of the 1869 25pa perf 12 are known. The other (reported by Derocco) was a single usage on cover. It's whereabouts in 1979 was unknown.
