A
powerful high-quality collection of many hundreds in a Scott national album with issues to the late 1940’s. Starts out primarily used and beginning with the Columbians it becomes kind of a dual collection as most pages are duplicated as mint and used
until the 1923-25 flat plate printings. This is where it becomes all mint with much NH to the end. The rest has a very different personality as the airmails are weak, no special deliveries but the postage dues and officials are prolific mixed mint
and used. (Image) (image002)

A
comprehensive collection of newspaper stamps mostly mounted on attractive homemade pages. Starts with the first issues including proofs. Continues with the 1875 thin hard papers, their proofs and trial color proofs. Next is one special printing, then
comes the 1879 soft papers which also incorporate 2 pages of specimens. Both soft paper issues are represented again including trial colors. Extensive unwatermarked types finish the collection and feature plate number singles, margin position pieces
along with 4 large die proofs. Mostly mint og or unused throughout with only a hand full of duplicates. Not to be missed. (Image) (image002)

Assembled with Enthusiasm. One carton filled with a six-volume collection of the U.S. in Scott specialty albums, 1847 to the late 1990s. Considerable value in classic definitives and commemoratives as well as in back of book material.
Mixed mint and used, with used material primarily in the early years and mint material thereafter. All items are mounted or hinged onto clean pages and housed in like-new binders. Occasional minor flaws on pre-1920 items. Comprehensive in coverage,
with a light showing of possessions. A lot of face value in the more modern period. Includes a large amount of postal stationery, but lacks the premium items. Collector catalogued this collection at around $50,000. (Image) (image002)
