Well-filled all mint, appearing F-VF to 1930, followed by filled mint pages with much NH (all 1930s and after stamps checked appear to be NH). This is a gem of a collection, hard to come by, and extends to 2020. Includes semi-postals 1933 to 1967 and air posts 1928-1959. Scott C12-C14 are mint and have Philatelic Foundation certificates.
