Russia has Scott #39 and 40 that need to be expertized, and a scarce block of twelve of Roman States #15 that will need to be expertized. There is also a Tonga #10 intact pair and a #10a diagonal half used on paper with a circular cancel and bar cancel. Good early US and revenues. Also, about one thousand first day covers plus a selection of blocks. Early France and India has a strong presence that will please the collector. This group will take extra time to view.
