The Belarus group includes local and provisional issues, a few with handstamps from the 1990s and a few first day covers. The Moldova group includes domestic and international some with Russian stamps used in Moldova, provisional issues and an inverted surcharge error. The balance of this group are stamps from Slovakia 1990s to 2000, a few hundred items from Poland and a stockbook of mint and used Romania that includes early issues and continues to 1990s. The final group is from Latvia mint and used from around 1918 to 1939. Duplication exists.
