1850-53 Half-Length Ham Altered 4th State SG #17 2d cinnamon margins are quite good considering how close together the clichés were. Cat £275. Unusually the stamp has been cancelled with a poor but definite 'PAID AT/BALLARAT', presumably emergency use when the
