Postal History. 1890 (Circa) complete Vindin's Philatelic
Monthly (incorporating 'The Federal Australian Philatelist') wrapper addressed to Dresden, Germany, with 1d View tied by Sydney cds; apart from central fold in very good condition. Rare survivor. According to research by the late Rodney
Perry, Dawson Vindin relocated to the '11 Victoria Arcade' address, as shown on the wrapper, in late 1889. This item was therefore likely posted prior to Vindin taking over the adjoining premises at 9 Victoria Parade in
February 1891 and before Fred Hagen joined as business partner later that year. (Image1)
