A surcharge of 18 kopecks (registered letter) was imposed in mail car 75, which was removed in Moscow, and surcharge of 8 kopecks (nonregistered letter) was imposed. The change in the surcharge is due to the addressing to the editorial office of newspapers which had a discount in regard to surcharge correspondence (a single surcharge for a nonregistered letter, and not a double one or for a registered letter in different periods).
