95       imageMassachusetts Advertised Covers, 1846-1914, excellent grouping of 60 covers. Selection ranges from the 1840s into early 20th century. Seven stampless and some others still with still with original content. Excellent selectoin of cities and towns. Lots of strong "ADVERTISED," "UNCLAIMED," and "NOT CALLED FOR" markings in some cases marking are made in green, red, and purple ink. Circular "Due 2" and rectangular "ADV 1885" noted. And many covers have marking on backside. Lot should be reviewed for hidden gems.
