The premium on the sales of these miniature sheets was used to support funding of the London 1980 International Stamp Exhibition. A scarce and attractive Queen Elizabeth II error with the missing gold colour resulting in the complete omission of the Queen's head. Pierron records only 36 miniature sheets. Interestingly, there is only one known first day cover, which is of the 11½p PHQ card, which was cancelled in Kidderminster the birthplace of Sir Rowland Hill. (Image)
