1831 O/og/nh Great Britain imageGreat Britain Advanced Collection in Four Stanley Gibbons Exeter Albums, 1952-1975, starts off with a complete mint and a used set of the 1952 definitives, with varieties such as sideways watermarks, inverted watermarks, same for the 1955 and 1958 definitives, also includes a few pages of mint and used blocks and booklet panes. The collection then moves on to Castles, with different printings, again with mint and used. Following that are 4 pages of graphite and phosphor mint and used issues of the QEII definitives, with mint booklet panes. The rest of the collection is comprised of mostly mint examples of every issue, often with blocks, traffic light items, plate blocks, a few used here and there, etc. The last volume starts with a page of 1941-44 mint and used Guernsey and Jersey issues, followed by a good showing of Regional definitives (mint and used), with some varieties. Last but not least are the postage dues, with different issues, mint and/or used. An overall very fine collection, with early mint usually being lightly hinged, rest never hinged. 1832 O/og/nh Great Britain imageGreat Britain Mint and Used Accumulation with Channel Islands in Four Stockbooks, from 1937 to about 2005. Includes higher value items of the period such as three MH copies of £1 George VI Silver Wedding, 1951 George VI £1 definitive, Castles and Machins. Much of the commemoratives, both pre-decimal and decimal to about 1990 are MNH, mostly used after that.
