LotNo. Symbol Cat No. Lot Description
2068 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Box with Various Mint and Used Collections, offered as received. Starts off with a few thousand mint and used stamps from Germany (early 1900s to late 1980s), and Russia (early 1900s to early 1980s), housed in over one thousand and five hundred 102 cards. Stamps are sorted by country, catalogue number with prices. Inventory is mostly made of low catalogue value stamps, but we noted some better issues such as some German states, Saar, and semi postals from both countries. There is light duplication up to 7 copies. Also included is a partially filled Ambassador stamp album, GB earlies with nice postmarks in 7 stock sheets, mint and used blocks of U.S. stamps (early to 1970s), approximately 150 U.S. first day covers, housed in 3 albums (birds and flowers, American revolution), miscellaneous loose album pages with stamps, and some cinderellas. Nice clean lot, worthy of a close look, see scan for an idea. (Scan 2) (Scan 3) (Scan 4) (All Scans)

2072 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Mint and Used Accumulation in Seven Stockbooks, filled to bursting with mainly mint stamps in no particular order. Just about every country is represented and some stamps appear to be slightly duplicated. Still, the variety is the most striking feature of this lot, with most stamps having been issued between 1940 and the 1970s. The scan represents just a fraction of what we found in a cursory review. Fine to very fine.

2080 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Retired Mail Order Dealer’s Stock, of mint and used stamps and souvenir sheets. A large stock of sets in thousands of glassines and approval sheets, as well as folded sheets and part sheets of mint and CTO stamps from all over. We only summarily sorted the stock but saw great topical interest, and stamps from a huge variety of countries including Great Britain and British Commonwealth, Spain, Portugal as well as Portuguese and Spanish Colonies, Italy Offices in the Aegean, Trieste, France, Finland, South Korea, Eastern European countries and many others. Much is priced from the 1960s or 1970s. Duplication appears reasonable. Inspection would give a much better appreciation of the quantity, quality and value of this large lot. 2081 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Tens of Thousands of Mint and Used Stamps, Early to Modern, sorted by country alphabetically, in several hundred envelopes. The content of the envelopes appears to be all different, and probably used to be on album pages. Countries are featured at various degree from several stamps to thousands, including a good mix of commemoratives and definitives. Appears to be an above average offering, completely unchecked by us so a great opportunity for possible finds. JG

2082 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Loose Stamps On and Off-Paper Filling Three Boxes, with one box 12” x 12” x 6” is filled with on-paper European stamps from the late 1880s to about 1930, the vast majority being from France with Peace and Commerce and Sowers being in abundance (saw many useful postmarks, but also some faults). A larger box is half filled with on-paper from all over the world from all periods to quite recent. Then, a very large biscuit tin is filled with off-paper from all over the world. There is simply no efficient way to determine what these boxes can hold. JG (Scan 2) (Scan 3) (All Scans)

2084 O/og/nh Worldwide imageWorldwide Mint and Used Accumulation in Glassines and Envelopes, filling many boxes. We could only take a quick look to a very small portion of that lot. Some glassines could hold interesting sets with thematic interest or a few copies of used stamps. We also saw envelopes where country collections had been housed and others holding dozens of copies of the same stamp. We saw stamps from a very large variety of countries and from all periods to about 2000. This lot of many hundred of thousand stamps has not revealed its secrets. JG (Scan 2) (Scan 3) (All Scans)
