1327 O/CVR Towns imageBox With Mostly Town Postmarks on Stamp, including thousands of stamps with town postmarks mostly between 1950 and 1970, culled from a much larger lot, all sorted in glassines by stamp issue. Most are from Ontario and Québec, with c.d.s., MOTO, MOON, rollers, etc, with lots of duplication, for example we noted many Thurso, Qué. broken circles on many stamp issues. The stamps include booklet singles / panes, coils, private perfins, varieties, tagging, and others, and the cancels range from fully socked on the nose to partials which could potentially be identified. The lot also includes about 100 covers and cards, many which have postmark interest, and we also saw an envelope full of mint red postage due issues. Well worth a close look.
