1090 PC United States image Lot of Approximately 2,800 Postcards, from the early 1900s to the mid 1980s (with the majority from the 20s to the 40s). Many are housed in vintage postcard albums while the remainder are stored in yellow envelopes. It appears that slightly over half of them are used and were mailed from the United States. We noted some topical postcards such as tourist attractions, landscapes and many greeting cards with Christmas, Easter, Valentine etc. We also noted well over 50 real photos, some black and white and much more. Faults are to be expected such as creases and rounded corners, but the majority are fine to very fine. Also included are over 100 colorful old advertising cards with many showing traces of glue on the back. See scans for a glimpse of content, close inspection is highly recommended.
