1635 og United States imageFour Mint Investment Portfolio Folders, one with complete 1919 Kansas and Nebraska overprints, one with 1890 definitives to the 10c, one with 1903 definitives to the 13c and one with Parcel Post stamps to the 25c. These were prepared and sold by "PCS Stamps and Coins" and "Postal Commemorative Society", with lengthy write-ups on the history of each set, but with no mention of hinging. We therefore carefully opened three capsules (all stamps are encapsulated) which revealed three hinged stamps, therefore catalogue value is for hinged. Overall fine and nice appearance.
