PLANE CRASH + CENSOR: Airmail cover "with commercial papers" sent from Hamburg to Brazil by Lufthansa. On 12/MAR/1937, flying from Las Palmas and near Bathurst (Gambia) before sunrise, the airplane circled a ship in the Gandia River to
land in the airfield of Jashawang and disappered. The remains of the plane were found in a swamp, all the crew died, and only part of the mail could be recovered. On arrival in Brazil it received the rose-red mark "ACCIDENTE DE AVIAO", and it was
also censored! (Image) (Image-02)
