 MIXED POSTAGE: Cover sent to Buenos Aires on 30/JUN/1938 franked with 40Pg., on arrival there was no address written on the envelope, therefore the Oficina de Desclasificadores and Listas "11" had to get involved, and the cover was
delivered through the Poste Restante service charging 10c. with a "10c. Rivadavia" stamp. It also bears an official seal in the top border (it arrived damaged), very interesting and rare combination! (Image) (Image-02)
