Court Fees include 1895 4r and 5r red, and imperf 4a, 2r and 3r in red (probably proofs), Type 10 30r blue on pink, and 2r, 3r and 4r values in the Type 15 design Koeppel & Manners state, ".... the people here were not very litigious... (they) were law-abiding and so poor [it is stated] that they were no attraction for the professional criminal."
