Back of cover shows a hand stamp in Polish “received in unsealed condition”, with two re-sealing tapes applied. There is also an “inconnu” manuscript notation on front and back which explains why it was received back in Montréal on JUN.7 (c.d.s.) with a partial "Montreal Dead Letter Office" handstamp where it was probably sent back to Edmonton in a closed bag. The cover is franked with two 10c Admirals overpaying the 8c + 10c registration rate by 2c (the UPU rate had recently been reduced to 8c on OCT.1.1925). Very fine and interesting.
