CENSUUR GEOPEND" re-sealing tape. Typed endorsement reads "via Transpacific Airline" and there is a two-line handstamp reading "By transpacific air route via / Hongkong and onward air transmissions.". Back shows a Honolulu Hawaii JUL.16.1940 double
circle transit and three New York receivers dated JUL.19 and JUL.20. There are no postal or censorship markings from Hong Kong. Large tear front to back, still a fine and interesting cover. (Scan 1)
