261 CVR   image1915 International Machine Postage Due Cover, with a long letter still inside, mailed in Russia on SEP.22.1915 to Canada (NOV.10.1915 Ford, Ont receiver on back) with a vertical pair of the 5c purple Postage Due issue applied on arrival, as well as a rare impression of the International machine "Montreal P.Q. / DUE 10 CENTS" and inverted "NOV 8" date, as well as a number (on front and back) of other postmarks in Cyrillic. 262 CVR   imageGroup of 6 Important Toronto International Machine Covers, starts off with a FEB.5.1902 (8-PM despatch) cover (the earliest day of any International machine cancel in Canada); FEB.5.1902 (1:30PM receiver) on back of an incoming cover (the earliest use of any International machine in Canada used as a receiver); 1902 dateless Type A dater hub on cover (the only recorded use of this dater hub on 3rd class mail); FEB.12.1902 (7-PM) on cover (the latest recorded use of this dater hub with a wavy-line obliterator) and 1902 dateless Type B dater hub on cover (as a despatch on a 3rd class cover). 278 PC   image1894 and 1895 Ottawa Canada Type I Squared Circles on Two Postal Cards, two very fine strikes, first on a 5 / JA 23 / 94 UPU card from London England England to the Legislative Assembly in Ottawa, missent to the House of Commons, with squared circle used either to receive first time, or to redirect, or to receive the second time, as all three different postmarks from Ottawa are dated on the same day. Second is dated 6 / FE 5 / 95 used to receive a 1c GPC mailed from Elm Street, Toronto.

279 CVR   imageGroup of Four Desirable Wallaceburg Type II Squared Circle Postmarks, first is the earliest recorded strike "PM / AU 31 / 94" used as a despatch on a 1c GPC to Mount Brydges. The second is the latest recorded strike, and the only recorded blank time mark "- / MY 19 / 00" used as a receiver on a 2c QV stationery envelope (creases) mailed on MAY.19.1900 (illustrated on BNAPS website). The day of the Wallaceburg receiver strike is unclear, but based on the despatch date on front it cannot be an earlier day. The third is a registered Small Queen cover with an "AM / NO 10 / 97" strike (the AM time mark was sparcely used). And the fourth is a registered Small Queen cover "PM / AP 14 / 96" (illustrated on BNAPS website). All four strikes are very fine and choice. Ex Kerzner collection.
