1832 imagePOSTAGE DUE. Angola. Letter written in Balombo, numeral cancel 32 from Cazombo, on December 12, 1934, to Catumbela on December 19 and Lobito on December 20. The postage of 80 centavos Ceres, complemented by a 50 centavos “Assistance” stamp, was postage due in 1$90, so the recipient had to pay 65 centimes, on arrival on January 14, 1935. Note. The arrival date is 1935, by the mark applied on the postage due stamps, and also by the handwritten note by the recipient in the upper left corner. The 1930 mark from Lobito is incorrect.(Image 1) (Image 2)
