1323 imagePort. India 1942 civilian internee cover from Vasco da Gama to the International Red Cross Bureau in Geneva Switzerland, franked with a single 2 1/2 tangas Imperio issue (CE 356). The cover was posted by Sessi Ettore of the S.S. Anfora. “Vasco da Gama” CDS ties the stamp. Black Belgaum “G 1” censor mark. Partial “Nova-Goa” transit CDS on the back.
