India 1959 registered airmail cover from Mapuca to Bienne Switzerland, franked on the back with 3 overprinted Brasoes issues: 20 centavos on 9 reis (CE 492), 1.50 escudos on 5 tangas (CE 495) 4 escudos on 11 tangas (CE 496). Plus an overprinted 5 escudos on 2 rupias map issue (CE 487). All the stamps are tied by a “Mapuca” hexagonal airmail postmark + a “Goa” transit CDS and a “Bienne-Ausgabe” arrival CDS. “Mapuca” registration label on the front. Glue stains.(Image 1) (Image 2)

Collection of provisional used stamps from the Queen Maria to King Luis, with new stamps from Santo António (complete series) to the end, with some used stamps in certain series and some missing items. Includes blocks, second parts, some quatrains, and pairs of some stamps. Includes mini-sheets and labels from the final years. Used Lindner albums, with 10 album boxes, with signs of use and some annotated sheets. High catalog value. Complete series of unperforated proofs Mf#260-275, in blocks of 40 proofs (except 2$00 in blocks of 30 + block of 10), gummed, on the paper of issue and in the approved final colors, with security holes, from the archive of WATERLOW & SONS, LD. With final annotations in the margins for corrections to the plates, dated between February 3, 1923, and February 16, 1923 (therefore very close to the entry into circulation on March 30, 1923).
