India 1944 censored express delivery cover from Nasik (Bombay) to Margao on a 1 1/2 anna King George VI (KGVI) British India stationery envelope, franked on the back with 2 KGVI issues: 1/2 anna and 1 1/2 annas. “Nasik” postmarks tie the stamps and the indicium. “Margao” arrival CDS on the back. 2347 imagePort. India 1952 envelope from Lisbon to Mapuca via Macao franked with a single 5 centavos “Caravela” issue (CE 617). “Lisboa” machine cancel ties the stamp. The envelope was sent by the quarterly bulletin of medical literature “SUMMARIUM JABA”. On the front is an indistinct red boxed mark of the “CTT de Macao” + a partial “Mapuca” CDS. On the back is a hexagonal “Macau” postmark. The envelope seems under franked and the route via Macau is unusual. Tear at bottom.(Image 1) (Image 2)
