the “AZORES” overprint * Stamps from the parcel post service used as regular mail resource stamps. Circulated envelope from the Azores (June 13, 2028) to the USA with a pair of $80 stamps, overseas, MF EP10, to pay the single postage ($1.60) for a
letter from Portugal to the USA weighing up to 20g. Stamp on the reverse, struck in black “SANTO ANTONIO (PICO)”.(Image 1)

11.6.1945, postage of 10$75 (block of 6 of the 1$75 stamp from the 1944 philatelic exhibition, pair of $10 and $05 Caravela stamp), transit in Madalena on 12.6 and in Horta on 13.6, opened by the military censor, Lisbon strip used in FAIAL, and
censor mark no. 7 of the CMPT. Sent to Illinois, in the USA, transit in N. York on 27.6, arrival on 28.6. for Rio de Janeiro, where it arrived on 10.2. Part of the clasp is missing on the back.(Image 1)

d, destined for Porto Alexandre. Entered Africa through Banana on February 15, passed to Cabinda on February 19, from where it was dispatched south, to Mossamedes on March 10, from where it proceeded to Porto Alexandre on March 11. Not finding the
