1080 imageVirgin Islands. 1832 (6 Feb.) entire letter to Glasgow "Pr Packet" and redirected to Edinburgh, showing an array of rate marks including "4/10" which has been crossed through, and handstruck "½", a calculation on the flap suggests the postage rate of 6/0½d.; also on the flap (which opens well for display) is a light strike of "tortola/6feb23" type 3A datestamp, Glasgow (9.3) and Edinburgh (13.3) c.d.s.
