The Britannia Issues. 1874-75 Watermark Large Star, Perf. 14. 1d. deep blue block of four with small to large part original gum, the lower pair with the merest trace of a hinge; minor natural gum creases. A rare and attractive multiple, being one of only three such blocks recorded after a block of six. R.P.S. Certificate (2019) states "heavily hinged" which we consider harsh. S.G. 66, £560+. Photo
