Heinzi, Hong Kong. Pokfullamroad. Eben Ezerschool") to Hildersheim in Germany (forwarded to "Hameln") with fine oval "PRISONERS OF WAR/[crown]/INFORMATION OFFICE" on the front as well as a red "TO BE FORWARDED TO" and 2-ring German censor mark. It also has "P.W.6" and plain paper censor labels. It is accompanied by a remarkable printed London P.O.W. Information Bureau letter "I.B/98. This letter has been transmitted by the Prisoners of War Information Bureau. But as the writer (addressee) is not an interned prisoner of war, the Bureau cannot undertake to forward any further letters of this kind, even though they may be addressed to the care of the Postal Censor...".
