State 2 with adhesive seal (2 - one with League of Universal Brotherhood clasped hands seal; the other with embossed head with olive branch seal) printed on grey paper with reverse top flap inscriptions "ENGRAVED & PUBLISHED BY J. VALENTINE DUNDEE/Johnstone & Hunter Edinr & London (25 Adhesive or 30 Plain sent free for 12 Penny Post Stamps) Ackermann & Co London", the type face on example with 'olive branch' seal being thinner than on other copies; State 2 with plain seal very similar to other State 2 examples but with no embossing on flap; State 6 printed on grey paper with League of Brotherhood Embossed Clasped Hands seal and inscriptions "Johnstone & Hunter Edinr/Hudson Scott, Carlisle" at left, "ENGRAVED & PUBLISHED BY J.
