between State 4A & State 4 printings. State 4A 116x65mm env. printed on grey paper with mainsail inscription "AN[D]/OCEAN/PENNY/POSTAGE", the D of "AND" missing due to wear. State 4 117x69mm env. with mainsail inscription "AN/OCEAN/PENNY/POSTAGE",
