1768   imageDUBLIN PRESTAMP "REGISTER'D" DATESTAMP ON LIMERICK COVER TO SCOTLAND; 17 May 1829 EL (minor faults) from "LIMERICK" (red cds on the front) to Stirling charged '3/-' (double rate) with a very fine rare red Dublin "REGISTER'D" transit cds nicely placed on the front with black Glasgow transit "Addl/½" mark; the contents show that a valuable Banker's Order was enclosed for '£114-7s-2d', hence the need to register this letter and pay the double rate.
