1404   imageEARLY POSTCARD ADDRESSED BY APPLIED PHOTO "TO A RESIDENT" OF BOURNEMOUTH BEACH!; 232 Oct. 1899 court-size plain PC sent from London with ½d Vermilion tied by partial W. Norwood Duplex; sent by the eccentric collector Reginald Bray (signed "W.R. Bray") and addressed by using a cut-out photo of Bournemouth beach glued on and merely endorsed "To a Resident". However, while the Post Office took the card to the correct town, it was then returned to Bray with a superb "BOURNEMOUTH" 2-ring cds and matching h.s. "1D/B.90" Postage Due mark, along with this suitably eccentric P.O. endorsement on the front; "Pursuing this game,/We hope there are not many/However for your hobby/You will have to pay a penny" (signed "C.J.
