JOHNSTON & Co." cachet in blue, repeated at lower left. Reverse with London (Sept 30) arrival cds in blue. Manuscript "1/3" in red crayon at right. The rate breakdown of 10 annas 6 pies, comprises Sarawak - Singapore (4 annas) and 6 a. 8 p. for onward transmission to London.
