'Tamburino` brown with watermark (Errani-Raybaudi #92A), all overprinted in black, blue or red with different type of surcharges, unused with original gum, never hinged except 12 values with original gum, hinged. Few specimens with minor faults and general fine condition for this extremely scarce group preparated before the Liberation and subsequently authorized for issue locally on 31 July 1944.
