90163 cover image1891: 10 cents purple on red, security handstamp “D C 7 & C.” in violet, in combination with Great Britain Jubilee 2½ pence pale purple on blue, both of good to fresh colour and perforations good to fine, tied by cds “HONG KONG 15 OCR 94” with additional strike alongside and “BEXLEY 17 NOV 94” respectively, to an envelope sent to Bexley Heath, Kent, England, redirected on arrival to Berlin, Germany. Reverse, cds “BEXLEY NO 17 94” anbd arrival “19 11 94”. Creasing and wrinkling not affecting adhesives. 1983 image1871-1964: A good, traditional collection in six albums, comprising used and unused material. The first two volumes are Schaubek printed albums with attractive early issues, particularly issue 1871/72, also including a 35 filler error contained in a block of 15 together with 14 50 filler stamps never hinged (Mi 120F/121). Largely complete to over-complete. In addition to the regular Hungary issues, the areas after the First World War are included (French Occupation, Banat, Baranya, Szegedin, Temesvar, Western Hungary). The further four volumes are collector-made with Hungarian annotations, containing all the better sets and souvenir sheets, also covers, flight covers and FDCs. The Stamp Jubilee 1951 miniature sheet set is present in imperforate condition. Very high catalogue value, mostly excellent quality.
