single example used on 1895 "1st. Battn." crested envelope to Capt. Westropp of the 1st Manchester Regt., in Preston, tied by MOMBASA squared circle datestamp (Oct 26) in black. Reverse with Preston arrival cds (Nov 15), then readdressed to Aldershot

of fifteen values excluding the 8 a. but with both 1 r. values, applied to six pieces from the Natal Collection of stamps received from the UPU in Berne, all handstamped "SPECIMEN." in violet (Samuel type NA2) with the high values overlapping. The
