An interesting combination to pay the new 50 centimes double rate introduced that day. Reverse with "KRIEGSGEFANGENEN - DEPOT DRESDEN" handstamp in bluish green, distribution (July 3) cds and Marseille ambulant. The cover was found to be underfranked, but not taxed.
