2182 imageKingston Relief Fund 1907 (Jan-Feb): Kingston Relief Fund 1 d. on 2 d. slate-black & orange, a used block of six (2 x 3) on local cover addressed to the Cavans Lane Post Office, four stamps in the block showing variety (widely spaced) "Double Surcharge", the lower two stamps being normal with upright surcharge; the block cancelled by 'Barbados / GPO' datestamps for January 25, 1907, the first day of issue.
