File fold away from adhesive, fresh and very fine; together with a 1919 registered / AR multi-franked cover (to the Turkish Consul) with 'AR' hand-written; and a believed unique 1911 Parcel receipt "Colis Postal Rêcêpissê" for 190 parcels sent in 1911 cancelled bilingual "HARAR" cds in blue and a 1911 registration receipt cancelled bilingual "HARRAR" cds in blue (Jan 6).
