bearing Tughra 2 pi. black on blue with missing background colour in a small strip at top (marginal) and horizontal pair 20 pa. black on yellow, both with good to large margins and vivid colours, tied by dotted Battal obliterator with blue sender's

single adhesives cancelled lightly by all-Arabic double circle handstamp in blue, thimble "SCUTARI D'ALBANIE 20/11" alongside. The obverse shows also an Austrian "ANTIVARI 22/11" cds in black, reverse with oval Triest transit and Venezia arrival cds
