The reverse of the piece shows PORT BEIRUT datestamp of the Russian P.O. (Dec 15) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 217). Slight rub on the adhesive at right and final numeral somewhat unclear, may just have been cancelled on arrival in Beirut, but in this describer's opinion most likely as described above.
