1903, VENEZUELA BLOCKADE (20.12.1902-21.02.1903), portofreier Marine-Feldpostbrief eines Oberheizers auf Kleinem Kreuzer S.M.S. "Falke" mit KMSP Stempel Nr. 40, 23/I 03 an einen Oberschreibergast an Bord eines weiteren deutschen Kriegsschiffes. Da der Absender offensichtlich die genaue Schiffsbezeichnung nicht kannte und deshalb in der Adresse "an Bord SMS _ _ _" offen ließ(!), ging der Brief zunächst an das Marinepostamt Kiel (rückseitig Ankunftsstempel KIEL 15.2.03) und wurde von dort auch nach einer Personenrecherche umadressiert an Minenschiff "[SMS] PELIKAN". Ungewöhnlicher Beleg und beredter Zeugnis, mit welcher Sorgfalt seinerzeit Briefe befördert wurden!

1880, "Vom Auslande über Bahnpost Hof-Nürnberg Eingeschrieben.", deutscher R-Zettel je auf zwei eingehenden Briefen aus gleicher Korrespondenz ab CARLSBAD 23.4. bzw. 13.5. an den Privatsekretär der Baronin von Rothschild in Frankfurt mit rs. Ankunftsstempeln, Bedarfsspuren/Öffnungsmängeln. Ein interessantes Duo, einmal mit handschriftlich "Hof" auf Zettel "Fürth-Nürnberg", offensichtlich waren an dem Tag keine eigenen R-Zettel vorrätig.
