The Armand Behic was the ship on which the Impressionist PAUL GAUGUIN finally returned to France in 1893!

Included are the values of 4 pence, 1, 5 and 6 shillings, 1 pound, 1 pound 10 shillings as well as 5, 10 and 20 pounds. The 5 Shillings has three missing teeth on the right, the 10 Pound has two shorter teeth on the lower right, all other values are in perfect condition. In Michel Catalogue only five values are known and listed there without price. Especially the 20 pound value is extremely rare. ÷ 1903, Partie von neun verschiedenen, ungebrauchten Stempelmarken mit Wasserzeichen 3 (Krone mit CA), alle mit Aufdruck "SPECIMEN". Enthalten sind die Werte zu 4 Pence, 1, 5 und 6 Shilling, 1 Pfund, 1Pfund 10 Shilling sowie zu 5, 10 und 20 Pfund. Die 5 Shillings hat rechts drei fehlende Zähne, die 10 Pfund hat rechts unten zwei kürzere Zähne, alle anderen Werte sind in tadelloser Erhaltung. Im Michel sind lediglich fünf Werte bekannt und dort ohne Preis gelistet. Besonders der 20 Pfund-Wert ist eine sehr große Rarität.
