40ct orange, was killed by diamond dots with anchor coupled to octagonal mark "CONSTANTINOPLE PAQ. FR. U N 1" dated 22/1/1868. Erroneous taxed for 12 decimes was corrected to 4 corresponding at the difference between unfranked letter rate and payment
