territories are a little sparse, typically with a few earlier M or U, some with M 1920's to 1950's, such as Niger 1926 set of 44 vals to 20f, Indian Settlements 1929 to 5f, Mauritania 1938 to 20f, Ivory Coast 1936 to 20f, Reunion 'France Libre'
