Corbitts Sale - 165
Worldwide Public Auction
POSTPONED AUCTION 165 - NEW DATE WEDNESDAY 24th MARCH.
Dear Customer,
Since we announced the postponement of this sale our staff have been busy with postal viewing requests, sending scans and in some cases viewing by video call and answering all questions
relating to the lots.
We had hoped lockdown would have been eased earlier than the proposed dates given by the government in order to enable public viewing in our offices before the sale. Alas as this is not the case and time is marching on we have decided to proceed with the auction without this facility.
This will be a public auction conducted online in the presence of Corbitts staff only as per
government restrictions and customer attendance will not be possible.
We are of course still accepting absentee bids via all the usual methods.
The sale will begin at 11am and live internet bidding is available through Easylive who offer a great option of a £3 flat fee, which allows you to bid on as many lots as you wish with no other charges and The-Saleroom .
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information and we thank you again for your patience and understanding with conditions outside of our control.
Yours sincerely,
David McMonagle
Corbitts Ltd.
Our forthcoming auction offers 1344 lots of general world philatelic
properties includes numerous collections & boxed lots, stamps & postal
history from Aden to Zululand.
