Valleyfield, then the 2¢ Small Queen was partially torn-off, a mailing label was affixed overtop old address and sleeve was USED A SECOND TIME and re-mailed with two 1¢ Numerals tied by Valleyfield 11 AU '00 cds cancels to Albany, New York, sleeve
was returned privately to Valleyfield, where it was turned 'inside out' and USED YET A THIRD TIME with 2¢ carmine Numeral tied by grid (undated but with ms docketing at bottom '7 Sept 1901') to Beauharnois, the only such TRIPLE USE WRAPPER we
